Account Disk Space - After you receive an account, you'll need to manage your account quota (available space). The document "Managing Your Disk Quota" will provide you with guidance, and tell you how much space you may received with your new account.

Step by Step Account Creation Instructions

When creating an account, keep the following in mind:

• Creating a username (Net ID)
• Creating a password

Pegasus for Students

• Create a student Pegasus account
• Change your Pegasus password
• Change your UNIX "finger name" or other information
• Check your account quota

Andromeda for Faculty/Staff

• Create a Faculty/Staff Andromeda account
• Change your Andromeda password
• Change your UNIX "finger name" or other information
• Check your account quota
