1. Start Windows (Vista) Mail, on the Tools menu, click Accounts.
2. In the Account box, select the IMAP or POP account you want to change.
3. Click the Properties button
4. Click the Servers tab.
5. You should see andromeda.rutgers.edu or pegasus.rutgers.edu in the Server Information section.
6. Click the My server requires authentication box.
7. Click the Settings button. Then check the Use same settings as my incoming mail server button is under the Logon Information section.
8. Click OK. Then click the Advanced tab.
9. In the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) under the Incoming Mail (IMAP) or (POP3) sections.
10. Click Apply, click OK, and then click Close.
11. Click File, and then Exit to exit Outlook Express. Outlook Express will need to be restarted to ensure changes have been applied.
12. Restart Outlook Express.
